Team Turmoil is a villain-for-hire team. Their membership consists of Wildside (a female werewolf-like being with razorsharp claws), Rumble (a hulking, super-powered brute), Miasma (a woman with the ability to generate acid gas), and Caliber (a weapons master). All the members of Team Turmoil wear the same blue-and-red jumpsuits adorned with a "TT" on the chest.

After repeated defeats at the hand of the Flash, Team Turmoil rebranded themselves as Turmoil 13, by piloting giants robot armors. They again failed.

Team Turmoil has faced the Flash, the Eradicator and Young Justice.
