Moe and Joe Dubelz are conjoined twins and the sons of Robert Dubelz. Believing that their father's death was because of Tommy Monaghan, Moe and Joe swore vengeance against him. Tommy ended up killing Joe in a gunfight at the Dubelz mansion, with Moe somehow managing to survive. Moe then hired the hitman Johnny Navarone to kill Monaghan. After Navarone killed Tommy's best friend, Pat Noonan, Tommy killed Moe Dubelz and the entire Dubelz Crime Family.
