Very little is known about The Order of the Spoken Flame, other than Liam is a member, they were around at least 800 years ago, and they're responsible for sealing away Boraxis Megatheros in The Garden of Spires.
They are either extremely well hidden, or not around anymore, as Nun of the Above hadn't even heard of them.
According to Liam, if he returned to the real world and contacted them, they would provide him with a weapon created by God to destroy the Lord of Fumes.
