The brothers frequently tinker with their own and with each others' neurochemistry, finding that to be as pleasurable as committing crimes.

Alan

While carrying out a corporate raid, Alan Walker is confronted by Burnout and Trauma Queen. Although he is ultimately defeated by the pair, his psychic attack on Burnout leaves Burnout's telepathic ability severely impaired.

Neil, Buzz and Deke

At a Gen-active party, Alan's brothers: Neil, Buzz and Deke avenge their brother's defeat by Burnout and Trauma Queen. The brothers manipulate the neurochemistry of the brains of Gen 13 and The Mongolian Barbecue Horde, inciting them to attack each other.

Melanoma

Melanoma and Alan Walker refer to each other as "Bro". It's unclear whether they are actually biological brothers or are merely using the term to indicate close camaraderie.
