Junior Woodchucks is a Scout organization, closely associated with Donald Duck's nephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie.
Creation
Officially, the Junior Woodchucks debuted in the story "Operation St Bernard" by Carl Barks, published in Walt Disney Comics and Stories #125 (Feb. 1951), however, its origins can be traced back to the shorts Good Scouts (1938) and Sea Scouts (1939), both written by Cal Barks.
