History
Los Hijos de la Muerte (roughly translated "Children of the Dead") are a religious group devoted to God and centered on Santa Muerte, or "Saint Death." The group made their way to Century City with the help of local gang members, but soon became independent.
The group consists of mostly Mexican criminals and others that cannot find a place in regular Catholic churches. Due to their strong beliefs in Santa Muerte, they have no fear of death or of the city's main protector: The Green Hornet.
Their leader Turo went against Padre Benedicto so he had Santa Muerte kill him. This made it possible for Benedicto to take control.
