Several members of the Vicious Circle were selected by the third Overlord to join the Dragon Army. Each member was injected with the stolen blood of the Savage Dragon, undergoing transformations into forms resembling Dragon himself.

They became surprising allies against Emperor Kurr when he was reborn with his memories, with Overlord taking Captain Stewart's advice and trying to reform the organization. Unfortunately, Kurr took umbrage at having his blood stolen and used against him, and he went about slaughtering the Army and Circle with relative ease.
