The O.C.T. enforce the 888 laws from the codex Thelema, using Cereti and humans (including undead americans), while using no magic for their own benifit. Captain Denez Serecan leads the team.
With their badges, the members of the team are allowed to cast increasingly complicated spells as they spend more time with the taskforce.
