The Organ People
Irradiated survivors in an apocalyptic wasteland, hunting for organ donors.
Origin
When the upgraded nuclear bombs are dropped on America, kicking off the Unknown War, the survivors of the initial explosion had to find shelter from the fallout. Many impoverished Americans were forced to adapt to the new toxic environment. Of those forced to live out in the open, some refused to wear radiation suits or masks, causing them to be mutated. They banded together becoming roving gangs of kidnappers, earning their nickname by stealing healthy organs to replace with their tumor-ridden ones.
