Protectors
The United States government started Project:Golden Age, a group of costumed supers structured by the C.I.A to battle superpowered treats such as Mr.Monday. The team had varied members in its ranks.
The Protectors was composed by heroes from Centaur Golden Age heroes. Their Earth in Marvel Multiverse is Earth-1136.
They joined with Ex-Mutants (second team) and Dinosaur for Hire in the Genesis Crossover.
