Created by the Catharxis Machine, the same one that transformed Red Hulk, these massive brutes began storming the White House lawn, driven insane by their new hulk instincts, with a single goal in mind: destroy everything.
The same gamma/cosmic radiation that was sucked out of Red Hulk to create these "demi-Hulks" would infect several superheroes and anti-heroes, turning them into the Hulked-Out Heroes.
