The Omega Effect

The Omega Drive, a special hard drive with limitless space made from the unstable molecules of a Fantastic Four suit, made it on to the black market. It contained special data related to multiple terrorist organizations including Agence Byzantine. It ended up in the hands of Daredevil, who was using it as leverage to protect his loved ones after his identity went public.

They targeted Daredevil directly instead. This got the attention of Spider-Man, Punisher, and Punisher's new ally, Rachel Alves. The four of them coordinated an attack on each of the major megacrime cartels to lure them to Grand Central Station where Daredevil would destroy the drive in front of them all. Unfortunately, Alves betrayed them hoping to use the drive for her own "punishing," but Daredevil managed to get it back. He then handed it over to Reed Richards for proper destruction.

Moon Knight

Agence Byzantine was hired by a mysterious benefactor to kidnap and imprison Moon Knight. With help from Mr. Fear, they managed to keep him in a cubicle office limbo where Moon Knight had no memories of his prior life.
