Brief History

Amanda Mueller ran the Black Womb project. Their goal was to study the development of mutants. However, they had a non-interference policy and didn't interfere with the development of the children even if they came across repairable genetic flaws. Notable members included the pre-cog Destiny, Kurt Marko (the stepfather of Charles Xavier and father of the Juggernaut) and Alex Ryking. One of the subjects at the facility was Mortimer Toynbee ( Toad). Mueller was under the employ of somebody else as well possibly Mr. Sinister.
