The main team is comprised of

• Bucky Barnes as Captain America, from the Heroic Age, just before standing trial for crimes committed as the Winter Soldier.
• Steve Rogers as Captain America, from the 40s, during his first days as Captain America.
• John Walker as U.S. Agent, from not too long before the Acts of Vengeance conspiracy, having just joined the Avengers and recruited in the middle of trying to track down and apprehend Scourge.
• Shannon Carter as American Dream, from the MC2 Universe and a member of that reality's Avengers.
• Kiyoshi Morales as Commander A, from the 25th Century, a descendent of Luke Cage and active super hero in his time.
• Contemplator recruited the team and mostly oversees their progress.
• Hank Pym, from the deviated timeline, joined the team to help them fight that world's Avengers (led by Superia) who ruined his life and had him institutionalized.

The team have also allied themselves with Nick Fury and his team of rebels which consist of a variety of familiar faces such as the Falcon, Luke Cage, Spider-Man, The Punisher, Paladin and many more.
