Deadpool & Daughters, LLC
A mercenary outfit started by Deadpool to train his daughters
Origin

After Valentine Vuong broke up with Deadpool, Wade went back into the mercenary business, partnering with Taskmaster. It started as a two-bit mercenary outfit called Deadpool & Friends. It didn't find true direction until Wade's daughter, Ellie, approached them. She has a healing factor just like Deadpool and a photoreflexive memory like Taskmaster. Together, the two of them would train her, renaming the business Deadpool & Daughters LLC (after Ellie and Princess), while Doug Siravanta did their administrative work.

Venom War

Deadpool set up shop just in time for an outbreak of zombiotes (mindless symbiotes that multiply through infection). He got symbiote backup from his dog, Princess, and the symbiote hero, Silence. Unfortunately, they were easily overwhelmed. Wade led them to Monster Metropolis so that they could regroup, but they also managed to lure the zombiotes. Once the monsters started to be infected, Wade and his new team were joined by Jimmy Hudson, who had been spending his time in Monster Metropolis since becoming a poison.
After securing the underground city, Wade managed to stir the monsters into joining him on the surface to keep the zombiotes back. Unfortunately, the more Jimmy fought the more he gave in to his inner poison. He started lashing out at the monsters and symbiotes allied with Wade, including a near fatal blow to Princess. To keep her alive, she needed to bond with Wade becoming Princess Deadpool. In his new stronger form, they whipped some sense into Jimmy. Together, they wiped out a whole wave of zombiotes that bought them enough time to get survivors to safety.
Unfortunately, they also got the attention of the TVA, who had tipped Deadpool off to Jimmy's location. As a variant in the wrong universe, the TVA needed to take Jimmy into custody, which he did so quietly. Princess Deadpool and the monsters continued to fight off incoming waves of zombiotes, until the crisis was finally over and Princess was healed enough to live on her own again.
In Death's Grip

His new mercenary outfit got the attention of a villain named Death Grip. He was fascinated by Deadpool's inability to die and wanted to test himself against Wade. What Wade did not know was he had combined himself with the Muramasa Blade, a special blade that negates healing factors. He cut off a few of Wade's limbs, but Wade was saved at the last second by Princess and Ellie. He made a mistake of assuming Death Grip was dead. He returned, cornering a wounded Wade who wasn't healing, and attacked him with energy hands, finally killing the Merc with the Mouth.
While Taskmaster was trying to keep their new outfit afloat, Ellie and Princess were singularly committed to bringing Deadpool back to life. Princess had told Ellie that Wade's ex-girlfriend, Valentine Vuong, who may have the power and know-how to fix Wade. Unfortunately, they first needed to rescue her from MODOK. Ellie gets especially wounded in her fight with MODOK, but Princess and Valentine manage to get her back to the office.
Against Taskmaster's wishes, Valentine taps into her chemistry experience and power of the Horned Emperor to override Wade's Muramasa injuries with Ellie's healing factor. Doing so would link them together even more than being father and daughter. Ellie had made a large sacrifice for Wade to return to the land of the living.
Pools of Blood

With the business needing an influx of cash, Wade accepts a job from Agent Gao, who wants him to take out the Spider-Man of Brooklyn (Miles Morales). Wade takes the shot on Miles only to find that he had attacked Shift, Miles' clone. Ellie convinces Wade that they should patch Shift up and never should have taken the job. Wade starts to consider a ruse to deliver Shift to Gao for his money but then rescue Shift. Neither Shift or Ellie like the idea, but they are interrupted by Miles, coming to Shift's rescue. His venom blasts set off Ellie's cellphone teleporter, which sends Miles and Ellie away, giving Wade no one to talk him out of delivering Shift to Gao. Unfortunately, when he tries, he is betrayed by Gao's new off the books Cape Killers, Midas and Output.
Wade and Shift are forced to team up to fight the Cape Killers, eventually re-joined by Miles and Ellie after they fix the teleporter. They easily overwhelm the two mercs, but now have to contend with Agent Gao, who now has a superhuman upgrade as the herald of Ares, the god of war. Fortunately, she is inexperienced with her new power. Wade is able to steal her divine weapon, and Miles' new suit was able to absorb and rechannel her energy attacks. Scared, Gao retreats, while the Deadpools and the Spiders part ways, but not before Miles took back the nanites he used on Ellie's teleporter.
Return of Death Grip
With a divine sword of his own, Wade decides to target Death Grip for killing him and putting Ellie in danger. To locate him, Wade takes his new agency to Solem, who had sold his Muramasa Blade to Death Grip in the first place. Solem agreed to tell Wade as a reward if Wade bested him in combat. Thanks to the Harpe, Solem's adamantium skin was penetrable. Shocked by his injury, Solem yielded and gave them the information they needed, however, he warned Wade that the dark magic that let Death Grip absorb the Muramasa Blade would have a negative affect on Death Grip's psyche.
Using Ellie's teleporter, Wade and his backup made it to Death Grip's location but found his disciples killed and reanimated as undead slaves. Thankfully, The Harpe cut through them and kept them dead. He tried the same move on Death Grip, but the Muramasa metal was surrounding his heart. Death Grip survived the first attack from the Harpe and combined the power of the Muramasa with chi channeling abilities. Deadpool and Ellie continued to use the Harpe on him until the could chip away the metal covering and finally kill Death Grip for good.
Shadow King in Symkaria
Deadpool & Daughters LLC were hired by local mothers in a small Symkarian town when their mutant children were being kidnapped. They all had similar powers like psychics and darkforce users. Deadpool hired the Wolverines (Logan and Laura) to scout ahead. When they were sure there was something there, Wade and Ellie joined them. They ended up facing off against Agent X and Lady Bullseye, who seemed to be under the control of Shadow King.
Shadow King took a liking to Ellie and possessed her. She stuck Deadpool with a knife and ran off. Shadow King was preparing her for his new body when the mutant mercenary trio hunted them down. While Logan and Laura took on Agent X and Bullseye respectively, Deadpool took on Shadow King. Wade shot himself in the head to force his spirit on to the astral plane.
There he witnessed Shadow King entangled with Ellie's spirit. He manifested psychic blades and started to hack at the psychic mutant. They were able to overwhelm him when they were joined by the dead spirit of Ellie's mother. Once Shadow King was defeated, she sent them both back into their bodies, where Ellie could now break the fourth wall just like her dad.
