Iron Man: The Iron Age

The Dogs of War were hired by Simon Krieger Vice President of Republic Oil and Natural Gas to first contact Iron Man at Stark Industries to see if he was for sale and if not to eliminate him, then the group was used as terrorists to hijack a secret meeting. The meeting itself was organized to discuss S.H.I.E.L.D. and it took place on board a Helicarrier that was still under development.
