Humans Against Vampires (HAV) is famous for its protests against vampires, but they are also NOT a fan of animators (like Anita Blake because animators raise zombies), and lycanthropes. Most members join because either themselves or loved ones were attacked by vampires. Others join because of religious beliefs (Catholics are in this category). There is a group of HAV members in St. Louis, Missouri, and other cities across America.

HAV's goal is to convert people into thinking vampires are merely vicious animals and they should be killed. The group is usually just all talk though because the group's president has stated that they will still abide by the laws and not do anything rash.. but there have been rumors that HAV members are secretly trying to destroy all the vampires on the planet by setting up death squads to take out groups of vampires.
