The Luphomoid's planet Luphom was stripped of it's energies by the world devourer Galactus. Few survived.

Zorr sought to restore Luphom with the energies of Xandar and Earth. While he successfully destroyed Xandar, he was defeated by Nova Prime and his mission to restore his homeworld failed.
