Marchand Pharmaceuticals
Marchand Pharmaceutical is a research corporation, formerly owned and administrated by Michael Marchand.
Creation and Evolution
Marchand Pharmaceuticals was created by Karla Pacheco and Pere Pérez. It first appeared in Spider-Woman #2.
Brief Overview
Marchand Pharmaceuticals was originally founded and owned by Miriam Drew's cousin and was later taken over by Michael Marchand, who had been living with his cousin. Under Michael's ownership, the organization was a villain to Spider-Woman and a potential thread to society. When Michael and the company's sectary were sent to prison, Michael's daughter Rebecca decided to take over the company and do some good for the world.
Products
Under Michael's ownership, some of what Marchand Pharmaceuticals produced were serums. One serum in particular that Michael had made was harmful to Spider-Woman, whose behavior changed dramatically when she was injected with it under the guise of a flu vaccine.
