Power Tools
The Power Tools are the personal bodyguards/experiments of Dr. Karl Malus. There have been two different teams of Power Tools. The original team had hands that could shapeshift into specific weapons.

Original Team
The original team consisted of four members who were sent to abduct Madcap. They were Vice, Triphammer, Handsaw and Pick Axe. When Madcap escaped, Dr. Karl Malus's base was destroyed it was unclear if any made it out alive. It is likely that Vice, Handsaw, Triphammer and Pick Axe were all killed.
Second Team
The second team was composed of the existing villain Jackhammer and two new villains Drill and Buzz-Saw. They were sent by Malus to captured people who had undergone the Power Broker treatment. This lead them into conflict with Battlestar and the US Agent.
