The Psycho Circus, or Killer Clowns, are a group of robots designed by Uncle Pyko for the power hungry Judson Jakes. Judson uses the robots for his evil purposes and they will kill whoever they are programmed to kill without remorse or anyone who stands in their way of doing so.
