The Oktober Guard is the Russian equivalent of G.I. Joe and operates on an international level. Shown as rivals during the Cold War, they occasionally join forces to combat COBRA and other threats. The members of the Oktober Guard were from various countries involved in the Warsaw Pact. The members of the Oktober Guard. are Colonel Brekhov, Schrage, Horror Show, Stormavik, and Daina. The Oktober Guard was created by Tom Defalco.
