S.C.A.R. (Symbiote Containment and Rendition) department was created after the New York City zombiote outbreak. They created a secret headquarters on North Brother Island, the former location of a quarantine hospital before becoming a wildlife sanctuary off-limits to people. There, they would officially hold host-less symbiotes until they could be deported to a less hostile planet. However, SCAR was secretly biding their time until they could reprocess symbiotes as a new fuel source.

There agents would be outfitted in green Guardsmen armor.
