The Satan's Angels was a motorcycle gang lead by Whitey that was causing trouble in Coits Neck, New Jersey. Captain America attempted to end their destruction. The fate of the gang is unknown after Whitey unintentionally caused injury to his brother by allowing his bike to fly into the crowd.
