The Fantastix
A team consisting of four former members of the Liberteens who model themselves after the Fantastic Four, whom have been absent for a few years.
Origin

After the liquidation of Parker Industries, four former members of the Liberteens buy the Baxter Building and rebrand themselves as the Fantastix. Ms. America even changes her name to Ms. Fantastix. Their first public outing was taking on the Wrecking Crew who held up a jewelry store across the street from the Baxter Building. It was all a set up by their new PR manager, which the Fantastix had no idea about. It also coincided with the Fantastic Four's return from their adventures in the multiverse. Reed Richards and his daughter, Val, were able to see through the ruse, inspiring the Fantastix to fire their PR manager. Although, Reed would not challenge their ownership of the Baxter Building.

The Cormorant

The Fantastix were having a team meeting when they suddenly received a warning from Mr. Fantastic of a danger incoming for the Baxter Building. An alien warrior called the Cormorant arrived looking for Container Zero, destroying much of the Baxter Building to look for it. The Fantastix were eventually joined by the Fantastic Four, Doctor Doom, and Victorious. The ensuing fight eventually led to the destruction of Container Zero released a spark of the Zero Force. Val contained it by combining it with their teleporter, transforming it into the Forever Gate. Once the gate was created, Cormorant fled, and Reed seized the Baxter Building back from the Fantastix since they were unprepared to defend the Forever Gate (although he offered them the chance to join the team).
The Fantastix understood.
