The Weird Sisters are servants of Maelstrom. Their names are Charm, Truth and Beauty (Charlene, Nina, and Beatrice). Once they were prisoners of the Strangers lab world. They disguised themselves as Maelstrom's nieces in order to ambush Quasar and Moondragon.
