Wild Tiger Mob was one of the factions of the Criminal Empire of Zheng Zu that emerged after the death of its leader.

The organization was led by Deng Ling-Xiao aka Wild Tiger, the Wild Tiger Mob manufactured and trafficked a drug also called Wild Tiger and allied with Zu's daughter, Zheng Bao Yu (using the alias Cursed Lotus), Ling-Xiao was killed by Shang-Chi and the organization was dismantled, however, he never knew of his half-sister's involvement.
