Mutant militia founded by Darkstar
Origin
Believing that Xavier was wrong about living peacefully among the humans and that Magneto was wrong about living separately from the humans, Darkstar built X-Term as a stateless mutant militia to rule humans. She saw selling their services as mercenaries was their foot in the door to world domination.
Creation
X-Term makes its debut in X-Factor (2024) #1 by Mark Russell and Bob Quinn

X-Factor Feud
X-Term was branded terrorists and made targets of the new corporate backed X-Factor. The confrontation between the groups was explosive, causing the death of most of the members from each team. Darkstar was one of the lucky survivors.
As a result, Laynia threatened a terrorist attack on American soil. but wouldn't be specific. X-Factor is called to Nevermor Secret Military Base to begin an offensive on X-Term, however, the military base was her target. She got intel from a Nevermor prisoner by the name of McCloud. She attempted to kidnap X-Factor, killing former member Wintergeist, who defected to X-Factor, in the process. However, Frenzy revealed she was a mole just not for Darkstar. Frenzy had called Polaris for backup, who managed to scrap X-Term's helicopter and left Darkstar and her troops in the custody of General Mills.
