In The Phenomenal Night Phoenix #1. FSI is named as a partner with Cutting Edge EMS during the illegal cloning investigation. Later that Night Phoenix ended up fighting cyborg zombies. This was supposed to lead to him fighting a high-tech enhanced version of Frankenstein's Monster, called Ballistic Frankenstein.

In the Epitaph: Bread and Salt movie FSI agents are shown finding Cassie's body then putting it on top of a trash bin believing her to be dead; she wasn't. They're responsible for Zombie Girl.
