The Shinings are the special soldiers of the Dusk City. Their leader is Grand Duke Darin, but in an occasion they were guided by Emil Kurjak. The Shinings are equipped with a special and multifunctional suit. Besides defensive purposes, the suit is equipped with retractable blades all over the body, various kinds of energy beam, a boomerang blade, a force field against impacts and mental attacks, and a helmet with night vision, distance vision and light emission to blind the opponents.
