The Westman Construction Company was hired to level a park and build and industrial complex in it's place. The possible destruction of a park brought unwanted attention of teenage protesters who were in favor of the park over pollution causing factories. The whole situation eventually escalated enough in front of Namor the Sub-Mariner which made him take an interest in the protesters plight. The current status of the company is unknown after Namor and the protesters gave Sam Westman the owner and founder of the company a change of heart.
