The Blue Wolves claim to be the spiritual successors of Gengis Khan. They call themselves supermen, and claim to not be related to the Nazis despite the fact that their methods and the mentality of many members proves the opposite. But, in fact, they accept members of every ethnic group, with the only requirement to be a superior man, claiming the superiority of specific people over the rest of mankind. They believe that one day they will rule the world. They also conduct many expeditions, in search of ancient artifacts and often gets in contrast with Harlan Draka and his allies. Their ultimate goal is to defeat Draka, that they consider the usurper of the throne of the King of the World, a mythical deity that is supposed to lead them to glory.
