The citizens of dreams are creatures that originate from the Alam-Al-Mithal, a world of the Non-where. They have a great variety of shapes, mostly deformed and bizarre, sometimes resembling entities and monsters from folklore and legends. Their nature is unstable and they have strange capabilities, like that of phasing through walls. They are basically neutral and their personality changes from each individual, but all follow the orders of the one who is in charge of the world in which they are in that moment, like their previous leader Mandhur and Nyarlathotep.
