When the governments of the world banned mega-tech, Abraham Coyle and some of his associates retired their super criminal lifestyle to avoid arrest. Instead they formed Aggressive Solutions International (A.S.I.) to continue their lives of crimes under a new guise. With the company as a cover, they covertly continued to contract out their mega-tech services to various clients--such as kidnapping and assassination-- for exorbitant prices.
