Origin
The Specialists are a team of super powered psiots who were formed in the 1990's by Simon Oreck. He wanted to use them to replace H.A.R.D. Corps as he felt having soldiers with actual powers would be more beneficial than humans who download powers through implants. When Oreck was fired from Project Rising Spirit, The Specialists became mercenaries.
