In this one shot special written by Geoff Johns, it provides details between the last time readers saw Superboy-Prime, who now refers to himself as "Superman-Prime," following the events of Infinite Crisis and his imprisonment on Oa. In a series of flashbacks the reader gets a jaundiced firsthand account of Prime's story as to how and why he is locked in a sciencell guarded by no less than 24 members of The Green Lantern Corps at all times (notably Guy Gardner), how he becomes a herald to the Anti Monitor, how he obtains his new armor, his inclusion into the Sinestro Corps following his breakout by Sinestro, and more importantly who he really wants revenge against for destroying his Earth.
