The Winter Men were “rocket soldiers” created to be the Russian deterrent against other superhuman threats. In the wake of the collapsed Soviet Union, there are very few left: Kalenov (the policeman), Drost (the soldier), Nikki (the gangster), Nina (the bodyguard) and The Siberian. The series trails Kalenov as he gets involved in several investigations, along with and dealings with his former colleagues, the mayor of Moscow, the CIA, etc.
