Two issue mini-series.

If put in sequential order with the other B.P.R.D. minis and one-shots, the two issues of this miniseries would be #89 and 91, following B.P.R.D.: Hell on Earth - The Long Death (the third issue of Long Death was published between the issues of Pickens County) and preceding B.P.R.D.: Hell on Earth - The Devil's Engine.

Collected in B.P.R.D.: Hell on Earth - The Pickens County Horror & Others.
