Breath of Bones: A Tale of the Golem is a three-part mini-series written by no other than Steve Niles and with amazing illustrations from Dave Wachter.

Breath of Bones is a breath-taking adventure-action and horror story that takes place in Poland shortly before the German invasion during WWII and centers around a Jewish boy called Noah, his grandparents, a wounded British pilot who's plane just falls from the sky and crashes outside the Polish village,... and an old Jewish legend of a giant clay monster brought to life.
