Black Ops were formerly part of International Operations’ elite team called the Black Razors.   But when I.O. turns on the team, they are forced to go on the run and fight off not only I.O. but other S.P.B.’s (Super-Powered Beings).   And as a team of normal humans without super-powers, they must rely on their training the technology to survive.
