In Top Cow's answer to Marvel's "Ultimate" line of comics, Switch takes place in an alternate Top Cow universe featuring familiar characters and history but refreshed to reach a new audience. Originally created by Stjepan Šejić as a fan comic posted to his personal DeviantArt account, the webcomic earned a large following and was eventually fleshed out into a full official series published by Top Cow/Image.

The series was officially cancelled after 4 issues because health issues prevented Sejic from being able to devote time to it.
