MARVEL SUPER ACTION was intended by Marvel to be a black-and-white vehicle for harder-hitting stories featuring characters such as the Punisher. The title lasted only one issue (which also included the oddly out-of-place debut of the Tolkienesque fantasy, Weirdworld). The Weirdworld story was continued in Marvel Premiere 38.
