Webweaver is a character that was only mentioned in the original run of the Boys because he was already eliminated prior to the events of issue one. So readers never go to see what the character looked like, but it was obvious that the character was a parody of Spider-Man. The character is mentioned to have spider-like superpowers and a dead uncle just like Spider-Man. It wasn't until The Boys: Dear Becky that readers got to see what Webweaver looked like because he's featured on the Comics Elite variant cover of the first issue.

The Boys (Amazon Series)
Webweaver appears in the fourth season of The Boys, where he would loan his costume to Wee Hughie to sneak into Tek Knight's party. He has a power to shoot webs from a hole above his butt which grosses most characters out. He meets his end after confessing helping out The Boys to The Homelander, who then rips him in half.
