In Fallen Angel, Juanita is Ernie Violens' partner and lover and helps him eradicate everything related to vice and pornography. They travel from town to town. She is also the sister of Bumper Ruggs, who runs a debauchery house in Bete Noire.
Now that Juanita accidentally found her sister in Bete Noire, she decided to settle there with her lover. She was tired of traveling from city to city to wipe out pornography networks and wanted a quieter life.
After the first Jude mass, she sees Ernie on the ground after being daggered by Sirocco. She comes to his defense and makes her flee. Ernie is in bad shape and she has to rush him to the hospital.
