Origin

Panda is the daughter of Clownface and a policeman. After her mother died, Panda was taken by ambulance to the Los Angeles County Hospital, and she was hospitalized for drug abuse and then taken to the Psychiatric Consultation Ward for suicidal tendencies, where her psychological profile was also drawn up.

It was noted that she had a tender and loving view of her mother, but her therapist observed that she may have been deprived of her emotional needs and her anger issues act as a defense mechanism and her explosive impulsiveness stems from an immense need for attention. Her father's absence suggests that Panda has idealized him and she wants to be equal to or better than him.

After being discharged and prompting her therapist to ask her to leave. Panda bought a plane ticket and traveled to live with her father. She immediately made her presence known and her intentions to follow in his footsteps. Not afraid of violence or strong language, she is as likely to take down her targets with extreme prejudice as she is to bring them back alive.

The eye is being so attuned to oneself and their weapon that they never miss the target, no matter what the conditions. Basically, it consists of a naturally perfect aim. Pops confirmed that Panda possesses this ability.
