As his code name suggests, Frank Hayes has a extreme proficiency with ranged weapons, making almost any object a deadly weapon in his his hands. However, as a result of the Theta Virus, one of his eyes sees only in the infrared band so Dr. Rachel Deming has equipped him with with a computerized tracking eyepiece that gives him binocular vision in the visible spectrum.
Never the most vocal of the Exiles, when it is time to speak, Deadeye lets his custom-built assault rifle do all of his talking!
Besides he could use bolos to capture enemies. Being member o Exiles he is equiped with Skycicle.
