Origin
As a fan of Captain America, Joe Ramos enlisted in the Army but dropped out because he wanted to choose his own battles. As a US trained mercenary, he was careful to choose missions that aligned with his moral code, which got the attention of Nick Fury Jr. for a new version of SHIELD, reinstated after the deposing of Dr. Doom as Sorcerer Supreme and World Emperor.
