Momoshiki Otsutsuki is the main antagonist of Boruto: Naruto the Movie. He is a member of the Ōtsutsuki Clan. After being killed by Boruto, Momoshiki placed a Kāma on him which allows his spirit to remain intact through the mark.

Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki is a member of the Ōtsutsuki clan's main family, sent to investigate the where abouts of Kaguya and her God Tree. Momoshiki attempting to cultivate a new one out of the chakra of Naruto Uzumaki. In the process of being killed by Boruto Uzumaki, Momoshiki placed a Kāma on him, allowing his spirit to remain intact through the mark.
