Background
Jeff aka Murder Mouse was causing trouble at a comic convention attended by Archer and Zephyr in an attempt to get his hands on a rare magical artifact. He succeeded long enough to utilize the artifact and make magical doubles of himself but also did so of Faith/Zephyr. This would lead to his downfall.
Powers & Abilities
Murder Mouse doesn't seem to demonstrate any magical abilities of his own but seems to rely on artifacts that possess magic.
