Following the disbanding of the Titans Sarge Steel meets with Roy Harper offering to solve his money troubles if he goes to Hong Kong and captures former drug Kingpin and nuclear weapons dealer Sing Lu. He quickly boards a plane and arrives in Hong Kong however he quickly notices three men following him,all of which he quickly subdues but is prevented from questioning them by the local police.He then finds a contact of Steel's Feng, who gives him an address of where to find Sing.He is quickly captured by Sing's men with Sing believing him to be an assassin sent to kill him and his daughters, however he refuses to kill Roy and instead injects him with heroin and ends up having him sent to a political prison alongside Feng until there scheduled execution by firing squad. He then begins chewing a bone from his meal sharpening it, and fakes his death as the others pass his corpse to be taken out. However he manages to use the bone to blind one man, and free the others as he begins his escape.

He then manages to escape through the sewer as all of the others quickly are sealed in and recaptured,he then makes another run at Sing as he figures that last time they had previously been tipped off to his arrival.He manages to sneak into the mansion successfully this time and begins a drawn out battle against Sing's martial artist bodyguards in the kitchen. He then arms himself with several guns and manages to make it to Sing and the two both realize they have both been lied to. Roy then returns to America and meets with Steel at the airport who gives him his check and admits to his part in the situation to motivate Roy to bring Sing in, he then unmasks Roy's "prisoner" to reveal Feng.Roy then attack Steel pulling out a knife and threatening him before leaving with Feng.
